Q. How long does a makeup service take?
A. Depending on the look it can take 45 minutes - 1 hour. However, I leave 1 1/2 hours per customer to include setting up, alterations or adjustments to the makeup and packing up.
Q. Where are you based?
A. I am based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex but am happy to travel all the UK. My main areas of work are in Sussex, Surrey and Kent. I work as a mobile makeup artist so I travel to you! For return journeys over 10 miles I do have a slight travel fee.
Q. I can't make my booking anymore, what do I do?
A. With over 48 hours notice all appointments and deposits are transferrable to another date. After this time a new deposit would be required to move the appointment. All deposits are nonrefundable.
Q. Do I need to have a trial?
A. Trials are not a necessity, but can be really useful for feeling prepared for a big event and taking some stress off of the day. I especially recommend trials for wedding and bridal clients.
Q. How do I book an appointment?
A. As I work part time I don't have set hours. This allows me to have the best flexibility in order to accommodate as many appointments as possible! You can fill out my booking form in the "book online" section or contact me via email or on social media.
Q. How long will it take for me to hear back about my enquiry?
A. I aim to reply to all messages within 24 hours. However, during busy periods it may take me up to 72 hours to respond. If I am on annual leave this will be notified on my social pages, so be sure to give these a check if you haven't had a reply.
Q. I have a cold sore. Can I still have my makeup done?
A. Whilst I try to accommodate everyone unfortunately, you can't have a makeup service if you have a viral infection. This is in the interest of health and safety for all of my clients. If you have a medical infection or skin condition that is infectious and won't be cleared up before your appointment, you may be required to reschedule your booking.
