I'm a professional makeup artist based in Sussex. I have extensive knowledge, completing my Level 5 makeup qualification in June 2024 and having over 3 years experience working in the industry. I use my expertise to create high quality and bespoke makeup applications for every client. I am passionate about what I do and go above and beyond to make every appointment personal, relaxing and glamorous! I am a bridal and special occasions makeup artist, who loves a good soft glam. I also offer personalised 1-1 makeup lessons.
My Story
I have always loved doing makeup on myself and found it to be a creative release. Following my A Levels, I decided to undergo a Level 3 qualification in makeup while on my gap year. At the time this was simply to fill my time and to expand on my hobby. However, within 2 weeks I was completely hooked and knew I had just discovered my purpose. While completing my Level 3 I also did a short course with Charlotte Wadley, which led me to the world of soft glam makeup. It was after this that I began taking clients and Emily Isobel Beauty was born.
I created the company in March 2022 and never knew how far it would take me. I started with only a handful of bookings and had no expectations for how far it would go. I have now finished 2 out of 3 of my years at University, studying makeup for film & TV, and within a year will have my BA honours degree. I still have so many more ideas and goals for the company, but am so grateful for how far I have come already.
